Invoice Sections
Your Xharvoc invoice contains several sections:
- Header: Invoice number, date, and payment due date

Understanding Line Items
Each line item includes:
- Service Description: Name of the service or product
- Quantity: Units or hours consumed
- Unit Price: Cost per unit
- Total: Line item total before taxes
Taxes and Fees
Applicable taxes are calculated based on your location and displayed separately. UK clients are charged VAT at the current rate. For VAT-registered businesses, ensure your VAT number is on file for proper invoicing.
