Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 12 February 2026
Our Commitment
Xharvoc Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. Accessibility considerations are integrated into our design, development, and quality assurance processes.
Measures We Take
Xharvoc takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Accessibility is included as a core requirement in our internal development standards
- We use semantic HTML5 elements throughout the website
- Keyboard navigation is supported for all interactive elements
- Visible focus indicators are provided for keyboard users
- A "Skip to main content" link is available for screen reader users
- All form inputs have associated labels with clear error messaging
- Colour contrast meets WCAG AA minimum ratios
- We respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query to reduce animations - ARIA attributes are used where semantic HTML alone is insufficient
- Images include descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies
Conformance Status
We aim for this website to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and consider it to be substantially aligned with these standards, with some known limitations outlined below.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible — we are working to remediate these
- Certain third-party integrations (e.g., embedded chat) may have their own accessibility limitations
- Video content may not have full captions or transcripts for all media
We are actively addressing these limitations and will update this statement as improvements are made.
Compatibility
This website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- NVDA (Windows)
- VoiceOver (macOS and iOS)
- JAWS (Windows)
- Standard keyboard navigation across all major browsers
