    3.2 Xharvoc-Initiated Cancellation

    Xharvoc reserves the right to cancel services in the following cases:

    • Failure to make payments within agreed timelines
    • Breach of Terms & Conditions
    • Association with unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical activities
    • Lack of client communication or cooperation for 28 consecutive business days without prior notice

    In such cases, no refunds shall be issued.
